Col risultato che il danno era massimo per il teatro, mentre alle altre decine di dipendenti doveva essere riconosciuto per intero lo stipendio. In questo modo, aggiunse, diventava molto facile scioperare. Secondo il difensore, Mario Jacchia, il ricorso non stava in piedi, perchè quello che fu fatto dal teatro era stato solo un esercizio di trasparenza.

Senza una riforma degli enti lirici il teatro comunale di Bologna rischia di chiudere. E' il grido di allarme lanciato dal sindaco Cofferati che ha attaccato anche gli scioperi che hanno paralizzato il Comunale nelle ultime settimane. "Non ne ho capito le ragioni" ha detto il sindaco.
