record with regret the successful lawsuit against the independent trade union of the three trade unionists, some complaint that does not help to stretch the minds, we are in line with statements by the Superintendent when he says that over the years Tutino Theatre was formed in a small number of persons who acquired huge personal power, and now that power is challenged, it
defends tooth and nail.
We have repeatedly denounced the total internal social irresponsibility of some parts to the theater, which in recent years, especially with additional company contracts not forward-looking, in our view have contributed heavily to the probable future failure of our Foundation.
A responsibility that has ceased to exist not so much a fault of the workers directly, but for the fact that they were themselves victims of a trade union management and corporate hegemony.This corporatism some of the workers has historically influenced by both the other unions, and other categories, which have quickly realized that to get benefits (promotions, transfers, etc..) That needed to be part of that group.
We also strongly disagree with the complaint that the union has implemented Fials to the Department of Theatre about alleged irregularities on the steps of level on stage. Such reactions, however, came a week after the examination, appear to be shots of the tail of a decadent power, harassed, and especially unable to respond to pressing questions about the economic crisis of the theater, questions to which, inter alia, has Tutino tried to give
answers, not always shared in terms of quality, but partially effective in economic
(see Budget 2009).We also our concerns about the flawed parallel-Fials Orchestra, Philharmonic and daughters of those fathers who are conflict of interest, we would appreciate that this can be resolved, and that as Fials social partners, who by definition meet the workers - and not only to its members - I am able to clarify this relationship, so that they are still rightly asks the superintendent to clarify the relationship between the Opera Theatre and School.
We are alarmed at last, greatly alarmed, the situation of economic instability prevailing in our theater and to this end we have requested a meeting with Commissioner Clerks to express our point of view.
