A quick clarification on the issue "mutual" new trade agreement

Nel contract signed only by Fisascat-CISL and UIL-Uiltucs are challenged not so much the period from 4 th to 20 th but the remuneration of the first 3 days of illness.

The first 3 days of sick leave will be paid 100% for only the first and second episode during the 'year.

In the third and fourth episode of sickness the first 3 days will be paid 50%.

The fifth episode of illness during the 'year of the first three days will no longer be paid.





This is just one of the problems in regulatory worsens the trade agreement.
