The first 3 days of sick leave will be paid 100% for only the first and second episode during the 'year.
In the third and fourth episode of sickness the first 3 days will be paid 50%.
The fifth episode of illness during the 'year of the first three days will no longer be paid.
This is just one of the problems in regulatory worsens the trade agreement.

L' aspetto normativo del Contratto Commercio, così come siglato da Fisascat-Cisl e Uiltucs-Uil contiene diversi punti decisamente Negativi, uno tra tutti quello relativo alla malattia, che prevede la fuoriuscita dall’Inps, attraverso il pagamento diretto da parte delle aziende ed il peggioramento della normativa sul pagamento dei primi tre giorni.
