La Global Business chiude i cancelli, in 48 senza lavoro.

Riportiamo qui il volantino che i lavoratori della Global Business hanno distribuito la sera del 30 Aprile a Grugliasco, e successivamente a Torino il 1° Maggio.

A tutti i cittadini e le cittadine:

Siamo i lavoratori della ditta Global Business, assembliamo ruote, e lavoriamo per FIAT, Pininfarina e Lamborghini nello stabilimento di Grugliasco, in Via Martiri della Libertà 34. Siamo alcuni dei 48 dipendenti che la nostra Ditta sta licenziando.

Il giorno 26 Aprile era previsto un incontro all’Unione Industriale per la sottoscrizione di un accordo, con il ricorso ai Contratti di Solidarietà che avrebbero consentito, per altri due anni, di affrontare il calo di volumi di cui (come tante altre aziende) stiamo soffrendo.

Invece l’accordo sui Contratti di Solidarietà, l’azienda ci ha comunicato la chiusura dello Stabilimento!!!

Infatti la Direzione Aziendale ha avviato, in data 28 Aprile 2010, la procedura di mobilità per tutti i dipendenti a causa della cessazione di attività;

Fino a qui sembra una storia come tante altre che stiamo sentendo in questi anni, ma a noi è stata riservata un’altra sorpresa: abbiamo scoperto che la nostra Azienda negli ultimi giorni ha affittato un capannone in una ditta di Volvera, ha allestito una linea di lavorazione e durante il weekend has emptied all the warehouses and took the job there.

Abbiamo, tramite il sindacato, provveduto a inoltrare esposti e denunce alla Procura della Repubblica, all’Ispettorato del Lavoro, alla Guardia di Finanza e all’INPS, ma noi siamo costretti a presidiare giorno e notte l’Azienda per evitare che portino via i macchinari rimasti, e lo dovremo fare per tutti i 75 giorni della procedura perché stiamo lottando per salvaguardare il nostro posto di lavoro!!

Abbiamo chiesto l’intervento delle Istituzioni perché pensiamo che quello che stiamo subendo sia una ingiustizia:

VOGLIAMO LAVORARE!!
