ALTRAN: NEGATIVE ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY
NATIONAL STRIKE ON 25 NOVEMBER
The National Coordination of MSW engineering, together with trade unions Fiom-CGIL and UIL-Uilm, given the attitude absolutely of the negative and inadequate responses to requests from workers on the integrated platform, declared a state of agitation of all staff. An increase
Insufficient ticket and the "promise" to discuss a performance bonus, compared to a loss of permits for medical visits (previously unlimited with the business proposition "two "!!!) hours per year and current practices relating to "travel", are totally inadequate response and that, instead of improving the condition of the workers to support, for the worse.
The company policy on travel had already been refused by all employees last year (which is the metalworkers trade) and can not be applied as such.
This shows how the company did not understand the dissatisfaction and the just expectations of
workers.
For this, the Coordination and the unions, to support the new platform and push the company to have a more constructive confrontation with the workers, decided to proclaim a strike for two hours on 25 November next with offices arranged in front of the largest customers of the Altran Italy throughout the country.
From the same date shall then, as a further initiative to fight, that workers will travel by customers traveling only within working hours in view of the fact that the company does not recognize the travel time as required from the national contract.
