ALTRAN: SUCCESSFUL STRIKE, THE COMPANY OPENS THE NEGOTIATION!

The National Coordination of MSW engineering, together with the Trade Union Organizations

Uilm-Fiom-CGIL and UIL welcomes the participation and adherence to

The City Council will meet on Monday 29 Grugliasco (to 18.15) and Tuesday 30 November, at the same time, for possible prosecution, in the classroom "Sandro Pertini", the first floor of City Hall in Piazza Matteotti 50.
These are the main topics on the agenda, prepared by the City Council president, Salvatore Fiandaca:

- Convention for the management of the Sports Hall Street CLN area Ex-SIA Grugliasco;

- early repayment mortgage contracts with the Institute for Credito Sportivo,

- granting of rights to surface Undertaking Red SpA for electrical substation construction;

- regolamento comunale per la disciplina dell'armamento degli appartenenti al Corpo di Polizia Locale ai quali è conferita la qualifica di agenti di pubblica sicurezza;

The reasons for the NO!

Cari colleghi,


come sapete le OO.SS del contratto metalmeccanico, considerato l'atteggiamento assolutamente negativo dell'azienda e le insufficienti risposte ricevute rispetto alle richieste dei lavoratori sulla piattaforma integrativa, hanno proclamato lo stato d'agitazione di tutto il personale.
Le prime azioni sono:

Lo sciopero di 2 ore per il giorno 25 novembre p.v. con presidi davanti ai principali clienti Altran.

A partire dalla stessa data i lavoratori si recheranno dai clienti viaggiando solo all'interno dell'orario di lavoro in considerazione del fatto che l’azienda non riconosce il tempo di viaggio così come previsto dal contratto nazionale. Perchè diciamo no al CIA? Per le insoddisfacenti risposte da parte dell'azienda alle nostre leggittime richieste di vedere migliorate le condizioni economiche e di trasferta!

Rischieste assurde??? NO!!! Leggete la tabella di seguito riportata . E' il confronto tra il CIA proposto da ALTRAN con quello firmato dalle Organizzazioni Sindacali ed RSU di una società concorrente di Altran ( per tipologia di mercato, dimensioni (1600 ca. dipendenti ca.), proprietà e fatturato).

Loro si, perchè noi NO????

ALTRAN: NEGATIVE ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY

NATIONAL STRIKE ON 25 NOVEMBER

The National Coordination of MSW engineering, together with trade unions Fiom-CGIL and UIL-Uilm, given the attitude absolutely of the negative and inadequate responses to requests from workers on the integrated platform, declared a state of agitation of all staff. An increase

The company policy on travel had already been refused by all employees last year (which is the metalworkers trade) and can not be applied as such.
This shows how the company did not understand the dissatisfaction and the just expectations of
workers.
For this, the Coordination and the unions, to support the new platform and push the company to have a more constructive confrontation with the workers, decided to proclaim a strike for two hours on 25 November next with offices arranged in front of the largest customers of the Altran Italy throughout the country.
From the same date shall then, as a further initiative to fight, that workers will travel by customers traveling only within working hours in view of the fact that the company does not recognize the travel time as required from the national contract.

OPEN LETTER TO A WORKER ALTRAN ITALY

We decided to include a "letter aperta” di un collega che da molti anni lavora in Altran, in realtà la lettera era indirizzata alle rappresentanze sindacali, ma abbiamo valutato con la persona che ci ha scritto, che questo sfogo, legittimo, potesse diventare uno spunto di riflessione per tutti. Per ovvie ragioni il collega preferisce mantenere l’ anonimato, quello che interessa in fondo è il contenuto.

Sono stanco! Mi sono rotto le scatole di essere preso per i fondelli, e vi assicuro che vorrei essere molto più esplicito. Lavoro per il gruppo altran dal 2001, oltre 9 anni. Ci sono voluti diversi anni per capire la forza dell’ azienda per la quale lavoro. Sul mercato altran si ricorda per gli sponsor in formula uno, si ricorda per gli incontri che organizza a Palazzo Farnese a Roma per l’ ambasciatore di Francia e si ricorda perché è tra i principali fornitori di consulenza al gruppo finmeccanica in Italia.

Se spremo le meningi ricordo altran come l’ azienda che mi aveva promesso carriera, crescita anche dal punto di vista professionale ecc… ecc… Come dicevo mi ci sono voluti anni per capire con chi avevo a che fare, con un’azienda che si affida a manager capaci di succhiarti tutto, ti chiedono disponibilità, ti chiedono collaborazione, spesso anche di fare il loro lavoro. In altran si arriva a lavorare tranquillamente 50 ore a settimane, senza che venga riconosciuto nulla per il lavoro straordinario! In altran si fa everything possible to isolate workers from each other, so that when you take the slip by hiding all read it. I could go on for a long time to list all the rights violated, but I'm sure you would be bored because you know better than I like to live here. You you got there before me and I thank you for your ever listened to my outbursts on the phone, by mail, for giving me the availability and answers that I had not found elsewhere despite not having the same contract.

But today I no longer resist and I am writing because I can not understand who I should be aware, I'm confused and once again turn to you my venting metalworkers (forgive me).

I became aware Altran how you live in, I realized that with your help and in general with the 'aid of the union can and must improve working conditions, but damn it! how can we go in the direction of worsening working conditions and accept the 'unacceptable ??????????????

I request the opportunity to protest and even to strike, I want that life to become a decent job. Here we are at 'absurd, there are those who try to improve working conditions there does not listen to the workers, their vote and has that same document in the hope that it will be approved.

Vorrei che ci venisse messo per iscritto che nessuno anche volendolo fare può accedere anche solo teoricamente ai dati. A dirla tutta e per chiudere così come ho iniziato, rivedermi presentato lo stesso documento che abbiamo bocciato, BOCCIATO la vedo come una presa per i fondelli, il nostro voto è accettato solo se favorevole ???????

Il Consiglio Comunale di Grugliasco si riunirà lunedì 8 (alle 18,30) e martedì 9 novembre, alle 18, per l’eventuale prosecuzione, nell’aula “Sandro Pertini”, al primo piano del municipio, in piazza Matteotti 50.
