Il Consiglio Comunale di Grugliasco si riunirà lunedì 27 settembre, alle 18, e, per l’eventuale prosecuzione, martedì 28, sempre alle 18, nell’aula “Sandro Pertini”, al primo piano del municipio, in piazza Matteotti 50.

Questi gli argomenti principali iscritti all’ordine del giorno, predisposto dal presidente del Consiglio Comunale, Salvatore Fiandaca:

- stato di attuazione dei programmi al 30 giugno 2010;

- variazioni al bilancio di previsione 2010-2012;
- conferma lettera di patronage per rinegoziazione finanziamento n° 73141 in capo alla società Nove S.p.A.;

- rilascio patronage alla Società Le Serre s.r.l. per finanziamento relativo alla realizzazione di impianti fotovoltaici connessi alla rete da installarsi su fabbricati ed aree di proprietà comunale;

- variante “Z12” al P.R.G.C. - Approvazione del progetto definitivo;

- approvazione variante al P.E.E.P. vigente relativa all'area Tn 12 “Paradiso”;

- attuazione del lotto L.2 dell'area Tn 12 “Paradiso” del P.E.E.P. - Individuazione del soggetto attuatore e approvazione schema di convenzione per la cessione in diritto di superficie dell'area;

- concessione del diritto di superficie alla Società Subalpina Costruzioni s.r.l. per realizzazione cabina elettrica;

- criteri generali da osservarsi per la formazione e l'adozione dei regolamenti sull'ordinamento degli uffici e dei servizi: aggiornamento;

- nuovo Regolamento Comunale sulla videosorveglianza: adeguamento ai nuovi poteri conferiti per la tutela della sicurezza urbana e recepimento delle indicazioni contenute nel nuovo provvedimento dell'Autorità Garante della Privacy del 8.4.2010;

- approvazione della rideterminazione e modalità di assegnazione temporanea delle aree pubbliche per la vendita secondo la forma “sosta prolungata”;

- approvazione Regulation on local entertainment and leisure equipment and game rooms;

- Adoption Convention Turin Province / Municipalities of Collegno / Grugliasco for the management of compulsory employment service job placement (ILCO)

- promoting a partnership with the City of Roman (Romania). Approval of the Friendship Pact;

- Adoption final draft cycling track road Gerbido recurrence of vehicles aimed at the expropriation preordained.

Nel pomeriggio di ieri si è svolto nella sede di ABI a Roma il tentativo di conciliazione previsto dalla Legge per la regolamentazione degli scioperi. Erano presenti una delegazione di ABI e delle Segreterie Nazionali sindacali, la Banca e le cinque OO.SS. aziendali.

Il tentativo di conciliazione non è riuscito in quanto la Banca ha mantenuto la propria posizione di indisponibilità/impossibilità sostanziale al riconoscimento di un valore di produttività per employees for the year 2009.
