Il Consiglio Comunale di Grugliasco si riunirà lunedì 30 novembre, alle 18 ( con eventuale prosecuzione dei lavori martedì 1 dicembre alla stessa ora ), nell’aula “Sandro Pertini”, al primo piano del municipio, in piazza Matteotti 50.

Questi gli argomenti principali iscritti all’ordine del giorno, predisposto dal presidente del Consiglio Comunale, Salvatore Fiandaca:

- elezione presidente 1^ Commissione consiliare permanente “Affari Istituzionali – Personale – Attività Amministrativa e Produttiva”, conseguentemente alle resignations of President Monica Colonna

- general arrangement of the 2009 budget and changes over the years 2010/2011; disposal area airbase road Grugliasco, Piazza Matteotti (upper)

- acceptance of disposal area to the airbase Street to Strada Antica di Rivoli No 86-90; Metropolitana Acque Torino SpA Company - Changing status;

- infrastructure works relating to the Recovery Program in Urban Borgata Paradiso and construction of the railway station. Approval of the agreement for the construction and operation of the stop;

- Convention between the towns of Alpignano, Buttigliera Alta, Collegno Druento, Grugliasco, Pianezza, Rivoli, Rosta, San Gillio, Venaria Villarbasse and anticipation for the treatment of extraordinary income assistance to workers, residents in the communes of the Territorial Pact of the West Zone of Turin

- municipal plan final approval for the location and installation of mobile telephony, telecommunications and broadcasting;

- residential building in Vicolo Monetti 10 - Application of Article. 4 of Regional Law No. 20 July 14, 2009;

- Law 179/92, Art. 18 - Possibility of transfer in ownership of assets made by cooperatives in the undivided property. Amendment to agreement with the Coop. G. Victor on 22/11/1988 regarding the building located in via Cotta No 56, Law 179/92, Art. 18 - Ability to transfer in ownership of assets made by cooperatives in the undivided property. Amendment to agreement with the Coop. G. Victor on 15/03/1989 regarding the building located in via Olevano No 93.
