We have repeatedly denounced the total internal social irresponsibility of some parts to the theater, which in recent years, especially with additional company contracts not forward-looking, in our view have contributed heavily to the probable future failure of our Foundation.
A responsibility that has ceased to exist not so much a fault of the workers directly, but for the fact that they were themselves victims of a trade union management and corporate hegemony.This corporatism some of the workers has historically influenced by both the other unions, and other categories, which have quickly realized that to get benefits (promotions, transfers, etc..) That needed to be part of that group.
We also strongly disagree with the complaint that the union has implemented Fials to the Department of Theatre about alleged irregularities on the steps of level on stage.
