Il Consiglio Comunale di Grugliasco si riunirà mercoledì 3 marzo, alle 18,30 ed, eventualmente, giovedì 4 marzo, alle 15,30 nell’aula “Sandro Pertini”, al primo piano del municipio, in piazza Matteotti 50.

Finalmente nel Consiglio Comunale del 10 febbraio, si discuterà del nostro ordine del giorno denominato " Acqua, bene comune pubblico e mantenimento pubblico dei servizi pubblici locali ad interesse sociale ".

Già nel precende Consiglio Comunale il punto non è stato discusso (insieme ad altri) for lack of time, referring to everything this Wednesday (two months later) but where is the tenth in the points under discussion.

Dà mandato al Sindaco affinché intraprenda tutte le azioni opportune al fine di contrastare i provvedimenti previsti dall’art. 23bis Lg. 133/2008, come modificato dall’Art. 15 D.L. 135/2009, che condurranno alla messa a gara della gestione del servizio idrico integrato ed alla consegna dell´acqua ai privati entro il 2011 e lo invita a relazionare sull'argomento alla prima occasione utile;

4 . Invita i parlamentari del Piemonte ad operare il riconoscimento dell'acqua come diritto umano universale e , pertanto, a garantirne il libero accesso mantenendo lo status del servizio pubblico locale privo di rilevanza economica.

5. Instructs the Mayor to undertake all appropriate actions to maintenance of public services provided by SMAT spa ;

6. Instructs the Mayor to undertake, in consultation with the mayors of the West Zone of Turin and Piedmont within the ANC all appropriate actions in order to achieve the write-off art. 15 of DL 135/2009

7. Instructs the Mayor to intervene with the Piedmont Region to launch the same appeal to the Constitutional Court (see Puglia Region) on the provisions of art. 15 of Decree 135 of 2009, already passed the Senate on 04/11/2009 for its conversion into law.

8. Gives further term to the Mayor for all active and appropriate action to ensure that any changes made by Decree Law 135 of 2009, when converting into law should not result in loss of in-house already approved.
